Pavle is a founding partner of

He specializes in dispute resolution, real estate and commercial law. His has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigations, bankruptcy and enforcement proceedings. Besides, he was involved in complex corporate and commercial transactions performed between major players in the financial, banking, hotel, energy and pharmaceutical markets of Montenegro.

By having advised numerous foreign real estate investors in Montenegro, Pavle had opportunity to practice all legal challenges facing the investors from the beginning of development of the projects up to the full operational performance of their businesses. This includes legal advising on planning and construction matters, immigration, insurance, employment, support on licensing and facilitating when dealing with commercial disputes.
